Request Technical Support

As the Regional Training Center, JSI conducts specific trainings to address Title X program priorities. This training may take a variety of forms, including direct training, technical support, distance training (teleconference, videoconference, computer-based, web-based), video and CD-ROM, and topic-specific training materials such as the Introduction to Distance Training. JSI works closely with a grant director in each state to identify training needs and to formulate methods for meeting those needs. JSI uses a training needs assessment tool, which is tailored to fit the specific circumstances of each state. After training occurs, other tools are used to evaluate the effectiveness of the training based on the prescribed objectives.
